Inspired Nonprofit Leadership

Feb 3, 2022

My guest for this episode is Joanne Oppelt. During Joanne’s 30+ years working in the nonprofit arena, she has held positions from volunteer to executive director in both small and large organizations. Her extensive background puts her in a unique position to understand the challenges nonprofit leaders face—both internally and externally. As principal of Joanne Oppelt Consulting, LLC, she specializes in building fundraising programs with high returns on investment, helping local, regional, national, and international nonprofits raise more money, improve their ROI, increase net income, and realize continuous net surpluses. Joanne created The Sustainable High ROI Fundraising System and she’s co-creator of the Nonprofit Quick Guide series. She’s the author of five books and co-author of fourteen. She has taught at Kean University as an adjunct professor in its graduate program and is a highly sought-after speaker and presenter. She holds a master’s degree in health administration from Wilkes University, where she graduated with distinction. Her bachelor’s degree is in education, with a minor in psychology.
